Hi,
Since downloading this update the app has not been able to consistently locate my NAS drive running MinimServer. It may take 10 minutes to connect or not at all. It was connecting in seconds before. I am running an Arcam rPlay with a Unifi 5G WAP and a Netgear Gigabyte switch (no router) just connecting to a Qnap NAS. I have made no changes to anything else apart from downloading the update.
I am barely able to use the product for uPnP at all now. Please help!

This isn’t the best place to be seeking support. I can say maybe try restarting the network and the NAS to reinitialize network discovery, but if you’re looking for more in-depth help, please reach out to support@play-fi.com

I receive a message that radio.com is not available in my country. I am in the USA. What do I have to set up for Radio.com to be played on my play-fi app? I have the latest version of play-fi in my Definitive speakers and the app.

Hello, I am having the same issue trying to listen to Radio.com in the Play-Fi app. I get an error message that says “Sorry, Radio.Com is not available in this country.”
I am using an iPhone 11 Pro on ATT, and I am located in Missouri!

I also get the false “not available in this country” error. I am in rural Illinois and it occurs on my iPhone 11, iPad Pro and iPad. Do I need to do something with my firewall or network security so Radio.com can detect my location? My ISP is Comcast. Both iPads are Wi-Fi only and I do not permit the Polk Omni app to access cellular data when I use the app on my iPhone - just WiFi.
