Service Announcements - Persistent Tone from the Speaker
Are you hearing a high pitched tone, buzzing, or similar sound coming from your product when connected via Play-Fi? If so, we apologize. We’re working diligently behind the scenes and with our partners to provide a new application and software update in order to remedy this across the board, but in the meantime we do have fix that will completely alleviate this issue in the form of a USB update. This can be found here:
After installing this update, you won’t be prompted for another update from the app until there’s a version that definitively ensures you can enjoy the listening experience you expect from your premium audio product, which you can expect before the end of the year.
